SCHEDULING AN INSPECTION

To schedule an inspection call our office at 502-429-9379.
 

Information needed:
• Name of buyer and contact number
• Address of property
• Directions (if in a rural area)
• Age of house
• Finished square feet
• Selling and listing agent’s name and contact phone number’s
• If utilities (water, gas & electric) are on
• If house is occupied or empty
• Method of entry (Lock box, etc)

 
Important: In addition, before we deliver the report for the house inspected, we must have a signed Inspection Agreement. You may download the file HERE.
